The convenience of the hotel location

I am on a business tour with my company and the hotel is a perfect location with so many restaurants and convenience stores made it easy and pleasant, clean rooms and comfortable quiet as well.

The room smelled so bad, cigarette smell. The bathroom door was punched in, the floor of the shower was so dirty and gross (bring sandals). The furniture selection is as if it was picked up on the side of the street (all different color). This place was just horrible!

The window in the bathroom had no covering and barely closed. The walls were paper thin and we could hear absolutely every single sound.
