Beautiful hotel and very clean. Highly recommend the breakfast. Busy area lots of scooters and honking. But great location lots of shopping and food.

Lestar was such a great hotel - incredibly attentive customer service at the front desk and nice clean rooms. We stayed in two different rooms during two stays and both were great - we especially recommend the executive room if it’s available. The hotel is also very well placed in the old quarter. They also arranged our pickup from the airport.

The staff were so kind and helpful! The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. Breakfast had many options to fit everyone's needs but the pho stood out as a must have. The hot water heater had a small tank, but it wasn't a big deal. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Ha Noi

Absolutely loved this hotel, the staff were super kind and friendly. It is within walking distance to the old town but I would say it is nicer to stay in the old town itself.

Wonderful stay, in a perfect location as well and although the road was busy you couldn’t hear a sound from the roads. The buffet breakfast had tons of options and was very tasty. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.
