This was our favorite hotel of the trip. Location was in the thick of things, reception staff were particularly helpful with history questions and transportation tips. Area is full of restaurants and pastry shops. It is a noisy scene and the trams run in front of the hotel, if that matters for sleep, but it is within walking distance of many of Istanbul 's top sights. Room was cleaned and supplies replenished every day. We will stay there again.

The location was great - walkable distance from major sites, tram line, and restaurants and shops. The room was cosy and comfortable. The staff communicated with me before my stay and organized an airport shuttle. During part of the stay there was no water in the sink or shower and I could hear people outside in the neighborhood and in the building throughout the night. Overall I was happy with my stay and would stay there again

Everything from the way we were welcomed, to the way the room was laid out and put together for us, this small trendy boutique hotel had more hospitality and customer service experience than a 5 star hotel. Particularly the gentlemen at the front desk, was so friendly and welcoming - he always went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Definately a top hotel to stay at. Location is great too and room well maintained.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location! The hotel was in a great area central to all the major sites, shops and restaurants. Easy access to the tram to explore the other side of the river and other parts of the city. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us with any arrangements we needed. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We did note a slight smell in our bathrooms from the water lines/drains but it did not affect our stay. Would definitely recommend!

A good clean place to put your head down for the night. AC works well. Small rooms but typical of all hotels in the area. Food and shopping around the area is expensive but again that’s due to closeness to the sights. Tram stop 2 mins walk away - easy access to Galata side also. Metro also 4 mins away to transfer to Anatolian side.

The room was just like in the photos but when I entered It smelled like sewage or like somebody just used the bathroom for number two. There was electricity shortage for the whole night I stayed I couldn’t do anything no lights no charging my phone. They didn’t provide any candles or offered anything for the inconvenience. The worst was the elevator that didn’t work I had to walk to 7th floor to get to my room. They don’t even be apologetic or try to make up for the inconvenience. At least they could offer a coffee/snack or something I don’t know.
