Great location, close to the underground and walking distance to Kensington Palace, Hyde Park and Nature museum. It was clean. Good for a family, Has the basics. Hairdryer in the room didn’t work. Dinner was ok, it was convenient but not fantastic. I would recommend staying there as it met our basic needs.

6/10 Good

The hotel itself is in an ideal location. 4 minute walk to the tube and plenty of restaurant options around. However, we reserved 2 family rooms in our booking. We were placed on opposite sides of the hotel and I was told that you need to request rooms be near each other. Oh sorry, I thought having them in the same booking was obvious enough. The rooms are VERY small. For being a family room, there is barely enough room to walk around or even put our suitcases. The rooms do not come with a phone (you must go to the front desk for any request) and the room also does not have a mini fridge and no ice machines on the property either.

4/10 Fair

We stayed in a prime room. PROS: Well situated, minutes from the tube and restaurants. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Nice sized bathroom. CONS: Our biggest gripe by far was that the room, a Prime room, HAD NO SHELVES, DRAWERS, OR CUPBOARDS TO PUT OUR CLOTHES, ETC. We had to put our things on the desk, couch and chair. The room looked like a total disaster. We paid a lot of money and surley they can provide a place to store your clothes. This was unacceptable. On another note, we tried calling the hotel a few days before we got there to make a request. All we got was an AI "receptionist " which was extremely frustrating. It eventually put us through to the hotel reception, but nobody answered. We tried on several occasions. Again, very frustrating. I won't go back to a Premier Inn hotel again. Also tried contacting them through the Hotels.com portal and by email. They did not have the courtesy to reply. Don't include breakfast when booking. We did and paid 25 pounds each. When you pay at the restaurant, its a obout 15 pounds. We were ripped off. Also, the ala carte dinner at the restaurant was not good. Food was dry, cold and unappetizing.

Our stay was wonderful. Clean room, friendly staff and great breakfast. Only complaint is that the walls are thin. Luckily only had rude neighbors one night. Highly recommend this budget hotel!

First, the staff were very kind to me and my family. The room was comfortable, spacious and warm. The location was awesome! It’s very close to earls court station, which has 3 lines to follow, so, very central.

6/10 Good

I have stayed in several Premier Inn about 15 years ago. What struck me then was how clean, modern and spacious the rooms were (for being in London). That was obviously a long time ago as none of that is applicable here. The facility is old and run down. Bathroom smells of mold and room is very bare bones. The location is good and if you get a room over the walkway, through a winding maze of corridors and two elevators, it is surprisingly quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful and shower has good water pressure. But we will not stay again for this price.

A lovely hotel in a good area of London, close to the metro/tube and a lot of nice restaurants and shops in the Earl court area. One downside is the room was a bit cold the first day. Would love to come back one day.
