After they sent us a check-in instruction and demanded a security deposit, the property manager texted us via WhatsApp that their apartments were overbooked and our room was occupied by other guests about three hours before we arrived the city. We had to quickly booked another hotel while we were on the flight. Since they could not offer the same type and same location of room for us, they agreed to cancel our reservation; however, they did not handle the cancellation with Expedia as they promised and stopped communicating with us either. We had to called Expedia and haven’t got our refund so far. They are disorganized and dishonest. I don’t recommend renting from them.
