Beautiful, clean room on the 1st floor; ours had an outdoor terrace attached. There were stairs to get up to our unit. Breakfast was included, but at a nearby location. We were within walking distance of many attractions, shops and restaurants. Andrea was always available and attentive to our needs.

MISREPRESENTATION
The lisiting on Hotels.com/Expedia is misleading. It fails to mention: 1. The B&B is on the first floor without an elevator. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs. If I had known this would not have booked this place. 2. The breakfast is not inhouse but you have to walk out of the B&B to a nearby cafe 3. The breakfast options are limited. You can either have a coffee or juice not both. If you want juice, you need to pay for your coffee and vice versa.There is no water. You have to buy. It was the worst breakfast I ever had. Have stayed at the smallest pensiones where the breakfast is better and more generous. This was a 350+ euro room per night. Simply ridiculous.

Everything about our stay at Firenze al Duomo was excellent. The manager went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. He helped us during the train strike, he sent recommendations, booked taxis and even walked us to the meeting location. There was nothing he wouldn't do to make his guests happy. The location is unbelievable. Open the door and the Duomo is right in front of you. You are surrounded by cafes and restaurants and the location is central to most attractions. Our room was beautiful. Murals on the ceiling and in the bathroom. Our room had a terrance which was quiet and relaxing. There was no street noise. Everything was clean and housekeeping actually came when they said between 10-noon. It is a B&B and breakfast is at a restaurant 1 minutes away. Very convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staying at BnB Al Duormo was an exquisite experience. First, the location is probably one of the best you would be able to find in the wonderful city of Florence. Just a few steps (yes!) from the magnificent Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore and its majestuous duomo, the batisteiro, all the magical museums and restaurants. If you are among the lucky persons being able to book there (there are only 5 rooms available!), you will find a clean, tidy and very comfortable accomodation that will make you feel at home in Florence. Finally, you will be hosted by a very friendly staff that will look after you and be able to help about what to visit and where to head out for a great dinner or lunch. Thank you again Andrea, Gracia, Lucia and the housekeeper for our great stay and lookinf after us. We will definitely stay with you again when we are back in Firenze!

This was a beautiful room, it felt more like an apartment with a beautiful view of Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. It was nice to come back to our room and relax after a long day of site-seeing. I was able to check in early, the staff was amazing. The breakfast provided was scrumptious and the waitstaff was very friendly. I would stay here again and again.
