I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff truly made the experience special — everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in what they do. The cleaning crew also did a fantastic job. The room was always spotless, organized, and refreshed perfectly each day. It’s the little details and consistency that really stood out. Overall, the service was exceptional from start to finish. Great people, great atmosphere, and a team that goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Camera al 4' piano con vista laterale (non sulla 5th ave); finestra piccolina con poco isolamento dall'esterno. Climatizzatore potente ma rumoroso; moquette pulita e letto abbastanza comodo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ho avuto purtroppo un piccolo imprevisto per un allarme sonoro intermittente ma costante che si è manifestato l'ultima notte. Nel complesso, giudizio positivo, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo; ci tornerei.

The accommodations were sparse but comfortable. The problem was street construction noise at 2:50 AM. Jack Hammering woke me up out of deep sleep. I had informed staff when I checked in at 6 pm that I was a light sleeper and could not handle that kind of noise through the night. They assured me it would not be a problem. When I requested a change of rooms at 3 am. They were not able to accommodate me.

The room is smaller as to be expected but very clean and very thoughtfully designed. You can hear the city outside but that is part of the allure of it. Starbucks is one door over which is incredibly convenient. Staff are friendly and accommodating with holding bags and answering questions. This is a very New York feel hotel which was perfect for our stay!

I’ll start by saying the location was great. Was able to walk most places. When we arrived, the lobby was under construction, and there was literally no place to sit, and barely enough room to even talk with the “front desk”. The staff was helpful and felt bad, but I feel like a heads up would have been appropriate. The room itself was very small, but clean. No dresser, no closet. No coffee in the room. Overall, not my best NY stay.

I have stayed here before and usually would recommend it, but they are doing construction on the lobby and it was a mess and hard to manage. The room I got was not great and the toilet was running all night , so didn’t get much sleep with that and the noises outside the window. Hopefully they will fix the issues.

This place is so trashy. It’s insanely loud at night. I listened to cars honking at each other all night and I could hear someone’s phone call in the next room because the walls are thin. I made the staff change the shower curtain because it smelled so disgusting. Housekeeping doesn’t come in unless you specifically request them. There is one elevator and it’s stupidly slow. You can’t open/close the room door if the bathroom door is open even a crack. There are no amenities. This place is slightly better than serviceable.

Construction!!! Avoid! Scaffolding outside both windows. Bathroom had water leaking from ceiling so I woke up to puddle in bathroom.

Great place but over packers should think twice. Rooms are small but tidy. Perfect for two people but not 2 full suitcases. There is no closet. Instead there’s a clever wall rack with 4-5 hooks with hangars. I worked from my room for an entire day and it was very functional (HVAC unit is chest level and portrudes 18 inches into the room -I used as a standing desk!). Clean rooms. Very nice staff. I’d like to see it again when lobby remodel is complete. Stay there if you are busy during the day.

Good location

The room was small and the bed could have been bigger, not helped by a large intrusive a/c unit. However it was spotlessly clean and the room was serviced each day. The location was perfect and reception staff friendly and helpful so overall we enjoyed our stay.

The lobby was in shambles and under construction without any notice. The lobby was about 5 feet wide with no space for my wife and I and other customers to be inside the same time. There was one person at front desk. it took about 30 minutes to check in. The room was very small but I guess for the middle of the city, can’t complain about that. My wife and I sat on the bed and the bed collapsed. It was late in night so I just informed the front desk that we would sleep on it as it was. They insisted that they come check even tho I told them my wife was already asleep. Next morning I go out for coffee and breakfast and come back. Elevator was out of service. Only elevator in the hotel. Not even a service elevator was available. Had to walk up 9 flights of stairs and then my key wouldn’t work! I checked out and had to walk down 9 flights of stairs with 4 suitcases! There was not even a phone in the room to call the front desk for assistance. Staff apologized but that is no satisfaction for the lousy condition of the place. Don’t stay here. The only thing good about this place was the location. If you stay here, you better stay on a low floor!

利便性最高！

女一人旅で6泊利用しました。 駅、観光地、カフェ、スーパーも、徒歩圏内でとても便利でした！ エンパイアステートビルで夜景を見て帰るのもあまり危険を感じず行けたこと、ペンステーション、グランドセントラルステーションも徒歩圏内、バス停も近くにあるので、移動には困りまることなく、立地は◎ ワシントンにアムトラックを使って日帰りしたのですが、早朝、夜のペンステーションまでの移動(徒歩)も大通りで人そこそこ居たのでそんなに不安はありませんでした。 デリのあるカフェも近くて、到着日の夕食にも困りません。 お水は毎日ミネラルウォーターが補充されました。最初ミニボトル2本だったのが、途中から500ml2本になったのは謎(笑) アメニティも無くなりそうになったら補充してくれていました。(割と良かったですが、どうしても髪はキシキシになるので、少なくとも洗い流さないトリートメントは持っていった方が良いかも。) コンセントは日本のがそのまま使え、机にはUSBが直接挿せるタイプのものが付いていたので便利でした。 ドライヤーの風量強めだったは個人的に◎ ベッドメイクも毎日しっかりしてくれていたので、観光の拠点として寝るためだけに利用するには十分でした(^^) 人によっては…な点は以下。 ・ベッドが狭い(短い？) 155cmでちょうどの長さ。男性や背の高めな女性だと足がはみ出すと思います。 ・エアコンはあるが、掛け布団一枚で寒い 　コートを上にかければ寝れました。 ・換気扇はうるさいのであまりつけませんでした ・シャワーは弱いし高さ・角度等の調節は出来なかった ・エレベーター前の部屋だったので、うるさい 　街の喧騒は窓からとてもよく聞こえます。エレベーターも掃除など？で4時5時から動きだすので、目が覚めました。(電車や飛行機の都合で早起きしないといけなかったので、個人的には問題なかったのですが、ゆっくり寝たい、ホテルでの滞在時間をゆったり過ごしたい人には不向きかも) ・ランドリーサービスはあったのか不明 ・セキュリティボックスは私の部屋にはありませんでした。カバンに鍵をかけて、大事なものはしまっていたので、特に何かなくなることはなかったです。 3〜4キロ離れた別のオシャレホテルと迷っていたのですが、利便性を考えこちらにして大正解だったと思っています。 またニューヨークに来ることがあれば利用したいです。

立地はよく、ペン駅から徒歩圏内で、１階にスターバックスがあり分かりやすい。 ホテルの客室数が少なく、フロントにはスタッフが常時１人がいて、フレンドリーな感じでよかった。 部屋はシンプルで清潔感があった。ただし、部屋にセキュリティボックスがなかったので、持って行ったPCなどはスーツケースに入れてロックするしかなかった。

立地条件はとっても良くて便利でした。しかし、古い建物なので、音や声漏れがすごくありました。また、冷蔵庫もなくポットもないので本当に寝るだけには良いのかも？お水やちょっとした食べ物ぐらいは冷蔵庫に入れたかったです。また、2日目は遅めに部屋を出てお掃除の札をかけておきましたが、お掃除はされていませんでした。。。

短期間の旅だったので利便性とシンプルな滞在という視点で選びました。 場所は申し分なく地下鉄を使わずとも楽しい散策ができました。 室内は狭いですがコンパクトに必要なものが備わっており清潔に保たれていました。 毎日飲料水ミニボトルが頂けます。 ケトルとスープマグを持参したので不便はなかったです。 電気プラグは日本の物が直接使用できます。 ホテル内にランドリーはありません。 エレベーターは広めの一機がのんびり稼働。 フロントは人によりますが男性の方がフレンドリーでした。 カード事前決済でしたが$150チェックイン時に徴収。完全禁煙ホテルの保障とのこと。チェックアウト後2日で精算しカード引落しの取消しになるとのことでした。 次回も利用させて頂きたいです。
