First of all, when we arrived, the man at the reception area asked how much I was quoted by Expedia for my reservation. He didn’t bother looking it up. He said the prices have changed and that we could have a smaller room for the originally quoted price. He said prices have gone up and they advised Expedia more than a week ago. I told him that I made this reservation about a month ago. As I was getting ready to find another hotel, I was approached by another woman and man. They were friendly and considerate as it was already dark and we’ve been traveling all day. The young man called someone. He found my reservation and honored the quoted price.
We we went up the the room, there was a bed, 2 chairs, and a small table. The pillow cases were dirty, the sheets had a big yellow stain on them, but looked clean. The shower took about 15 minutes to heat up and the water kept going in and out. The bathroom sink was dirty and we had a open shampoo packet. I went to speak to the friendly lady, Laura, and she offered us another room. We went into the other room and the sheets were not changed. Disgusting! Once we laid down, the bed was hard as a rock and very unstable. The next day, I asked for a blanket, two extra pillows for a Cal-king bed (we only had two small pillows) and washclothes or hand towels. The blanket never came, no washclothes; we did receive hand towels only. The next morning, we discovered our rental car had been broken into. We had a new T-shirt stolen.
