Generally a decent hotel with great facilities and room size. Could have put more emphasis on small details like choice of light switches (looks white and very plain, not matching the vibe). One thing to note that if you book room on the victory annexe, you’re not able to use facilities (swimming pool and breakfast) at the heritage wing. But you got your own pool and breakfast location at Victory Annexe. Overall it’s still a great option at Penang!

Great hotel. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, great pool and amazing breakfast. What was lacking was the ability of the front desk staff to provide good restaurant suggestions.
