I do not recommend it
Probably once upon a time the hotel was beautiful, this hotel needs maintenance, no air conditioner, no front desk, no soap or shampoo, no fridge,no drinking water no bedspread on bed. I do not recommend it. I only stayed one night just to see if is a good hotel. part of my family stayed at an other one and we decided that this other faro hotel was better.

Las instalaciones estĆ”n muy descuidadas y se nota que no les dan mantenimiento, empezando por el baƱo, la llave del grifo estaba despegada y oxidada, no habĆ­a cancel entre la ducha y el WC, lo que hacĆ­a que al baƱarse toda el agua saliera, tuvimos que pedir una jerga, pero no es lo que se veĆ­a en las fotos, por lo que se traduce en publicidad engaƱosa, nunca nos pusieron jabĆ³n para lavarse las manos ni toalla para manos, los colchones de las camas estĆ”n muy viejos, no se descansa bien. En la parte de la piscina se veĆ­an camastros en las fotos y no estaban, tampoco hay baƱos en el Ć”rea de piscina, por lo que si uno quiere ir al baƱo, debe ir todo mojado hasta la habitaciĆ³n. Francamente el servicio brindado no es equivalente al costo, pues encontramos hoteles mucho mĆ”s cĆ©ntricos del lugar y de la playa y a un mejor precio.

le falta mantenimiento , la tv se ve muy mal marca patito, la alberca esta limpia pero muy frĆ­a el agua, no tiene camastros ni siquiera sillas para estar afuera de la alberca. no aceptan pagos con tarjeta solo efectivo, quedaron de envirarme mi factura y todavĆ­a sigo esperando hoy 5 enero 2024 creo que solo mienten y no la hacen

Buena atenciĆ³n pero malas instalaciones.
La atenciĆ³n del personal fue muy buena en todo momento. La limpieza de la habitaciĆ³n fue buena tambiĆ©n. Pero la habitaciĆ³n da mucho que desear. Era una habitaciĆ³n doble pero solo tenĆ­a 3 contactos, fue 1 en el baƱo y 2 en un lugar de difĆ­cil acceso ya que estaban a un lado de la TV. La habitaciĆ³n no contaba con clima. Creo quĆ© hay mejores opciones por menos presupuesto. Tuvimos que cancelar la reservaciĆ³n por todo lo antes mencionado.

De los peores hoteles en los que me he quedado
La visita a este hotel fue una muy mala experiencia, la atenciĆ³n en la recepciĆ³n no fue nada cordial, las habitaciones estaban muy sucias en cada una de las que nos quedamos encontramos sorpresas desagradables en el baƱo, a la alberca se le veĆ­a el fondo verde, al momento de recibir las facturas las hicieron por un monto menor al que se pagĆ³ por ellas, y encima de todo realizaron un cargo a la tarjeta de crĆ©dito por una habitaciĆ³n extra que no reservamos ni tampoco solicitamos

Higiene deplorable habĆ­a cucarachas y olĆ­a a mucha humedad. En las habitaciones cuadruples Ćŗnicamente tienene un contacto elĆ©ctrico. El Wifi no llega a las habitaciones. Uno puede conectarse Ćŗnicamente desde la recepciĆ³n. En general mal servicio y tuvimos que solicitar la cancelaciĆ³n.

Mala experiencia.
La verdad el lugar es nada cercano a lo que aparece en las fotos, la alberca estĆ” rota en la divisiĆ³n del chapoteadero, las camas incĆ³modas, la habitaciĆ³n que asignaron a mis hijos no cerraba, tuvieron que atrancar con una mesa, habĆ­a bichitos tanto en la habitaciĆ³n como en el patio. Las instalaciones son viejas y sucias, los ventiladores sucios, el wifi no llegaba a la habitaciĆ³n, la verdad es que fue decepcionante, desgraciadamente mi hijo mayor tenĆ­a una junta y necesitabamos un espacio libre de ruido y con Wifi, asĆ­ que tuvimos que tomar lo que encontramos libre y por el precio pensamos que serĆ­a un buen lugar, al final tuvo que tomarla con sus datos.
