Excellent hotel, clean with a very friendly staff. The perfect location in SoHo, close to fantastic restaurants, shops and so many West End shows. I look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Clean room and nice staff! Love the location as it’s located in Soho with so many things to do!

8/10 Very good

The staff are all very helpful although they seemed to be short staffed in all areas. This hotel is great for a small clean room with a comfortable bed. We’ve been staying here for years and it is starting to look like it needs fresh paint and a bit of maintenance.

Great place to stay in the heart of Soho. Clean modern rooms and great staff.

If you need a very good location and do not mind: * your toilet ring being sprayed with human excrements from previous guests * A single shower towel to share with your roomie * Staff failing to fix the above after you have alerted them twice Then this is the place for you!

10/10 Exceptional

Hub by Premier Inns Soho is near everything, but tucked away on a quiet little side street. Noise from nightlife all around it is not a problem. I felt safe as a solo female walking the neighborhood at 10 pm. The staff was very helpful. Room had everything I needed, except an iron would have been nice. Not sure, that just might be an American thing! Air conditioner worked great. I didn't eat in the restaurant but breakfast smelled wonderful. Within about 20-25 minutes walking distance to many major attractions, or Piccadilly Circus tube station is a 3 minute walk. 3 minute walk to my West End play. Would stay here again!

In the middle of Soho, which is smack in the heart of London. Excellent location, and still - a quiet area and absolutely NO outside noise in the hotel room.
