I am unable to explain how my stay was because we had a reservation, and the people in charge of the hospitality did not have the decency to let us know that it was already rented for other people. Since the beginning, this was a problem because I was unable to find the location anyways on the GPS, and this ended up being one of the worst outcomes during my usage of Hotel.com. They should review what is available and unavailable so that this does not happen again to other future possible clients. I hope and expect that they do not charge me for this reservation that was non-existent.
