We stayed for a weekend at this newly renovated Best western. The entire hotel was spotless, all staff super helpful, kind, and responsive. We had a toilet issue and the matter was resolved within minutes. I really enjoyed the cleanliness, comfort and convenience of charging my Tesla. I plan on coming back and staying here during spring training.

We arrived a bit early, but we were able to check in. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was close to perfect for my balance challenged husband. (He uses a cane.) It was equipped with a handheld shower head as well as a small shower stool/chair. Parking was easy and breakfast was fresh. Overall, I would book a room here again.

We picked this Best Western primarily for location, but were pleased with the hotel itself. Checking in they offered to enroll us in their loyalty program, one where credits don't ever end. In return we were given a bottle of water and a little bag of sweets. Every staff encounter was pleasant. Our room was spacious, with two comfortable chairs in addition to the bed, armoire (with an iron and ironing board) and a desk. Additionally, there was a coffee machine, fridge and microwave. No safe. Bathroom had a walk-in shower, which was nice. The floor had enough texture that it wasn't slippery, but still I'd have liked a safety bar. All the amenities are in bottles. There are no soap bars or a soap holder in the shower, so if you want a bar bring your own. Extra towels were no problem and rooms are serviced daily. The waste basket has a recycling bin. Breakfast is great -- waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, oatmeal, yogurt with lots other toppings, cereals, hand boiled eggs, bagels, breads, juices and even chocolate milk. The hotel faces a large parking lot in a strip mall, but there was plenty of parking. Located just off a freeway, this location was great for getting wherever we wanted to go. However, if your room faces the freeway side you will hear the louder traffic. Overall, we were very pleased.

This property has recently been completely remodeled. Everything is new, clean, and fresh. It is conveniently located to almost everything you would want to do. It is minutes from downtown Gilbert, which has awesome dinning and entertainment options. The spring training facilities for the A's and Cubs are a short drive from the hotel. Local attractions like the Reparian Preserve at The Water Ranch, a 110-acre natural area featuring seven ponds, hiking trails, and a dinosaur-bone dig site. It is a premier spot for birding, with over 300 species documented, and the Commemorative Air Force Museum, featuring a variety of aircraft on display are within fifteen minutes of the hotel. It will be our choice when we return to Gilbert for another visit.
