"This was a lovely stay , may we give a special mention of all the staff and the warm welcome and attentiveness. Special mention to Lynne and Paul 5 Star rating to these 2 lovely people
Cheers MBJ - from Australia 👍"
"Very nice and modern hotel in the centre of Newcastle with everything on the doorstep. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the place was spotless. The breakfast option was tasty and plentiful and the dining area was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have Worcestershire sauce as an option, it would have made all the difference!
The room was quiet (as requested) and the bed was very comfortable. It was very warm so the air conditioning was welcome. The only downside to the room was the lack of a fridge/mini bar to keep things cool which I would expect as standard. Other than that, I can’t fault this hot and would recommend it."
