Aarhus's Midtbyen neighborhood is known for its museums and cafes, and entices visitors with attractions including Aarhus Theater and Den Gamle Post & Telegrafbygning.
If museums are on your list, you might want to check out the upcoming exhibitions at Den Gamle By in Aarhus C. If you want to see more of the museums in Aarhus, you can easily walk to ARoS or Kunsthal Aarhus.

Once we had moved, we found Aarhus to be a lovely Ceity with many beautiful and interesting places to go and see. Try the Botanical Gardens, the living Museum, the Street Food Centre and the Latin quarter - All brilliant.

Aarhus is beautiful. Lots of interesting architecture, lovely bars, and very friendly locals. Would love to come back and spend more time. Favourite was Erlings Jazz bar.

Aarhus has some amazing things to see, such as the Olde Danish Village, the peaceful park between it and the Botanic Garden, neat rainbow art at the modern museum, etc. it feels a little rough around the edges compared to other Danish towns but nice.

My visit was during the city festival week at the end of August, with food, drink and music on each city square, with a lovely atmosphere.

Aarhus is a city I would recommend because it got unique old buildings. Close to the seaside and Old city were one can enjoy a meal.
"The room was very nice, comfortable beds, and the window opened out to trees. We had to leave the window open due to summer heat, and the morning birdsong was lovely. The only downside was the sound of the traffic, but it became like white noise in the background. The water from the shower was hard to contain but the bathroom was fully tiled so no harm done. Bathrobes and slippers were provided, a nice touch. Buffet breakfast was delicious!"
"The counter staff are professional and helpful. This is hotel that's clean and comes with modern faculties. The only shortcoming is that the biggest room space is a steuggle for 2 who travel with more luggages."
"We stayed for visiting our family friend and it is our first time visit Aarhus. The hotel is right next to the infinite bridge and it has a nice pool and a beach.
We were unfortunately having some unexpected accident but the night shift manager just kindly help us out. Very professional and very polite.
They always has the phrase: no problem. As you wish. You really feel this is what you need for a holiday. Not super luxurious of course but is more than enough you can enjoy. "
