"At the time, one of the elevators was out of order, but it wasn't too impactful thankfully. Staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was great. The pancake conveyor belt machine was a bit weird and the pancakes were a bit gummy, but the novelty was interesting. Bonus for having a checkout at noon as opposed to the industry standard of 11am. "
"This was my 2nd time staying in this hotel. I can not say enough good/nice things about this place! My check in was quick and the woman working was kind and nice to chat with. The pool was wonderful! Clean, the water was nice. They also have a hottub which felt great after a long day of driving! Lastly, this morning I needed some extra caffeine and used everything i had in tge room. It was past breakfast hours and the young lady who was working was cleaning up. I asked if there was anywhere around to get coffee. She went and made me coffee. Ashley, went above and beyond to get me some coffee! All of the staff i have come in contact with have been very nice and polite. Keep up the great work Holiday Inn!"
