are very nice and helpful people. The reason for 3 stars on area: Victorville has become a lousy place; gang ridden with lots of boom cars and crime. I lived close to there for over 60 years and was grateful upon escaping from the area. I gave staff 4 stars instead of 5 because the morning front desk redneck, with a long and dirty beard belongs back in the backwoods of Missouri or Mississippi from whence he seems to have crawled out of. "It was a quick online check in and out and we had ada request & we got a room close to the door, breakfast was decent, lots of choices, the pool and jacuzzi was a great plus!! Customer was excellent as well & they had many items in the lobby to buy if you forget your toothbrush like I did, lol 😆 "

"The room was nice and spacious. The bedding was clean and the room was nice and cool. Some surfaces weren’t wiped, but I wipe them down anyway. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Great value for the price. We were there for the 4th of July and the city had a fireworks show right across the street. Bonus!!! There is great shopping and restaurants nearby and the hotel is located in a very nice area. "

"The staff were really great. The bent over backwards to accommodate any special requests.
The pool is the cleanest pool I have ever seen. I talked to the gentleman maintaining the pool levels and cleaning. He took such pride in his job. He has kept a pool that is public and out doors spotless. The chemicals were right on par and there wasn’t a leaf, pebble or hair ball in sight.
Breakfast had fresh fruit and breakfast sandwiches. It was very clean and nice.

"Room 203. Thin walls can hear the neighbors clearly at 3 am. Clean just dusty. They do provide the soap shampoo conditioner on the wall of the shower. Shower curtain bar was almost fully broken. Smelled a little weird like really old carpet (doritos) bedding was clean,bathroom clean, no bugs. Furniture wasnt torn or dirty. Black out curtains. Pool and jucuzzi clean. Easy check in and out. Hotel service kind. I didnt go for breakfast but they do provide it."
