Loved being surrounded by the garden area. Close to everything in Paso Robles. Room was clean, employees were very helpful and was super affordable. Loved it!

Perfect location, and the whole family loved the pool area. Nice and friendly staff.

My only real issue with this hotel is that you can hear everything that happens outside of your room. Our room was placed next door to the housekeeping room, which was a bit noisy, and then any time someone upstairs or outside spoke or walked or whatever, we heard it. Traffic is also quite loud on Spring Street and can be heard from inside the room, […] even though the room was not right on the street. The room was also quite small, and just overall I'd say the price was a bit steep to ask for this place. We ended up leaving one day early. Really nice clean comfortable hotel. Great location, lots of really good restaurants in walking distance. Centrally located to all wineries. Really nice.

My husband and father in law had stayed here many times in the 90's and always said how nice it was. So my Husband and I were looking forward on staying here on our way back home to valencia, ca. We arrived on Sunday night 3/25/12 checked in and went out to dinner. We were very tired from a long drive and were looking forward to a good sleep. When i […] pulled the blankets back on the bed, the sheet was soiled on several places. AND I DO MEAN SOILED!. I was going to call the lobby and tell them but my husband was already asleep. So I just put down a towel on my side where the stains were. When I ran my hands over the stains they were crusty so I know the maid had not changed them!! When we checked into the Paso Robles our room was right next to a VERY constantly noisy ice machine. I told the clerk I was very sensitive to noise and asked to be moved. She moved us to one of the noisiest rooms I've ever stayed in with an incredibly ugly view of the dumpsters behind a gas station. Alexander at the front desk gave me A+ feelings about the hotel, as first impressions mean a lot. Right across street from downtown park, eateries and wine tasing rooms, there's no better location. Plus the room was cozy w/ fireplace, pool was quiet and relaxing w/ waterfall and service at bar upstairs was courteous. Will be back soon!

Lovely hotel and grounds. Great service from the staff.

It is worth the price to stay in downtown Paso at the clean and comfy Paso Robles Inn. We always try to stay here as it is so convenient to stores, restaurants, and wine tasting. Book early as it fills up on weekends!

Paso Robles Inn - great location. Close to all the good restaurant and antique shopping. Good parking space. I am not satisfied with the room size compare to its price. Carpet is damp, very old and it has bad odor. Due to that odor I could not sleep. Room service made the bed but forgot the coffee refill pack, soap etc. - Maya, California.

Perfect weekend spot for visitors from out of town. Allows you to walk to most nice restaurants/bars in Downtown Paso.

Centrally located whether you wanted to go wine tasting on the east side, west side, or just stay in downtown. Would definately stay there again.

The building we were in did not have an elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. Not too bad except we are seniors, weren't prepared for it and had to lug our suitcases up a narrow stairway. Of course here in CA we all expect hotels / motels to have elevators.

Although I stayed for a single night the property seems well suited for an extended weekend stay. The fireplace in the room was wonderful. The pillows were awful! (but I am picky and was traveling with my own so it really didn't matter.) The restaurants portobello ravioli was delicious. The bathroom countertop space... Non-existent. (this was redeemed […] by the vintage 40s tile in excellent condition.) I did like having the parking close to the room but out of sight. The rooms all face toward a large, well landscaped common area with pool, etc. I didn't get a chance to try the bar, but there is one. Arrived and was given the room. Room was extremely cold and the only heat was from a gas log fireplace with no blower. Called maint. and they turned the controls the wrong way, lit the pilot again, and said it should be fine. Left the room to go to the hotel bar to get warm. The Paso Robles Inn is in the heart of Paso Robles and walking distance from shopping and restaurants. Some reviews say the hotel smells because of the natural springs. Duh! What does one expect? The hotel is very old but well maintained. The staff was professional and friendly. The location is perfectly situated within easy walking distance of fun shops and great restaurants. The room's flat screen TV inside an armior was situated so that you could only view half of the screen from the bed or chairs on the other side; it would have been nicer […] to have a dresser instead of an old armior, then the flat screen TV could have been mounted to the wall or set on top of the dresser to be viewed throughout the room. We had an interior spa room above the banquet hall building. The spa was great but we had to fill it with regular water because the natural hot spring water had an overwhelming stench of sulfer. The hotel provides liquid scents to add to the water to combat the smell but the sulfer smell was suffocatingly strong and it took quite a while to air out the bathroom. An exterior spa (outside balcony or patio) might have been better but I still wouldn't recommend the natural hot spring water due to the stench. I would stay here again. The hotel is charming and the town of Paso Robles is absolutely beautiful. We are definitely returning and we will stay at the Inn again. The rooms are clean and the grounds of the Inn are beautiful. Very nice. A bargain price too!

Center of one of California's best wine areas. Plenty of good resturants with in walking distance. Too many great wineries to visit in one stay. We will came back here many times.

Quaint, lovely setting with comfortable, clean rooms at a reasonable price. Convenient to good restaurants. Loved the park-like setting.

Needed to stay a few nights in Paso Robles to do wine tasting and beer tasting at Firestone Brewing. Most hotels I saw were typical chain hotels and I wanted something nice and unique for the few days I was in town. Paso Robles Inn had a great rate and it was close to all the downtown restaurants. There is a park across the street which was a nice place […] to stroll in the late afternoons while trying to walk off the wine. I tried their lounge and was greeted by a very nice bartender who I was able to chat with along with other guests. My room was clean and I used the air conditioner which worked fine. I did not patronize the steakhouse because there were so many local places to try and not as expensive. I was so comfortable with my room that I booked an extra night. The only issue I had was with the remote for the tv which didn't seem to allow me to find channels very easily but all in all I had a great stay. もっと読む

We were driving through Paso and literally made the reservation in the morning from the car -- without being able to compare hotels / prices / check out the location, etc. We were so happy that the Inn was cute, clean, and in the PERFECT location. This was our second visit to the Paso Robles Inn. What we like best is the central location across the street from the town square. Both times there was lots going on within easy walking distance. Excellent service from the front desk - wonderful greeting, helped us find an incredible "new" (2-years old) Italian place to have a late dinner. The room was nice - a bit dated decor, but, quiet and clean - with a HUGE bathroom. We didn't have time to use the private Jacuzzi spa on the balcony, but are going back to try it out. Breakfast at the Cafe was HUGE, good "home-cooked" food - more bacon than eggs in the bacon omelet. If you're there to watch TV, you'll be disappointed in the quality of the signal and the age of the TVs. This hotel was comfortable and convenient. The restaurant was average for quality and cost. As well our card was subsequently frauded from a location in Paso Robles with the only occasion that it was used being at the restaurant.

The Paso Robles Inn is the perfect place to stay within walking distance of all of the downtown retaurants and attractions. Clean tidy rooms in a lovely garden setting and a pool. Perfect for after wine tasting!

Was over charged for a sub standard room. The room needed repairs and was moved to a smaller room and was not compensated. The grounds were clean and the location was great for walking and local businesses. The staff was rude and made no attempt to reconsile my problem.

Paso Robles is a fantastic little spot anyway, but staying at the Paso Robles Inn brings it all home. This is a darling and well-maintained historic inn (over 100 years old, I think) in PR and the way they've kept the place updated over the years actually enhances the beauty of its historic elements. Think old brick, wrought iron, garden pathways, […] etc... Our room had a pool view, hugely comfortable bed with good quality linens and a fireplace that we didn't end up using, but offered a nice ambiance. We got an in-room massage from their spa service and it worked out well. An afternoon by the pool was lovely and the staff was exceedingly accommodating and friendly. The Inn is also within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants (Artisan was especially nice) and close driving distance to fantastic wineries (Justin) and olive oil tastings (Pasolivo). We spent the night here while we were on a wine tasting trip. The hotel staff was great, the room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful. We were within walking distance local wine tasting rooms and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel...
