"Excellent! The only thing is that you need to take a uber/taxi to go to downtown and there are working on the bridge to go to the other side of the city (malecon) so is like a 25 minutes drive

"The staff were phenomenal hard working people with a great attitude. The minor problems we had such as a remote control not working were addressed immediately. If I had any issue I might say the main buffet wasn't open after five quite a few days. That said there were many good food options including 24 hour a day room service."
