"As soon as I booked, the hotel guest relations team reached out. I mentioned it was a short break to celebrate my wife’s birthday and requested a Bosporus view room.
To my delight, we were given that dream room, even though it was normally a higher rate. The room was clean and tidy, well-maintained considering its age.
The breakfast was truly 5-star quality — varied, fresh, and delicious.
Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel warmly welcomed. Specially, guest relation officer Ms Salma used to welcome us every morning and had a good chat and wellbeing.
We returned home with wonderful memories of this stay. The thoughtful service and stunning view made it unforgettable

"I stayed there with my parents and sister. The staffs were friendly and the property was very clean and very conveniently located for most of touristic attractions. The only issue I had was with breakfast option. Wish they had a buffet instead of ala carte. The breakfast was limited options. "
