Mr. Abraham at the front desk went far and beyond to make sure my tour to the Glacier 3000 was sorted properly and the van came to the hotel instead of meeting them at the airport. The breakfast was superb with amazing fresh bread, you could smell from the 5th floor. The restaurant staff were particularly friendly and helpful. "Best location in Annecy that’s located in the heart of the old city and walking distance to everything. Highly recommend hotel if staying overnight or longer in the quaint and fairytale like city in France (Little Venice). The boutique room as expected is small but, has amenities that rivals the bigger hotel we stayed in Geneva. Highly recommend to all. Thank you."
