"Book a luxury room with sofa bed for family. On arriving the AC doesn't working and in the room was 30°, imagine that with two small children after 5 hours travelling. Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel. In fact the staff was very hopefully and the breakfast was great, the poll too. And last the SPA was amazing with Ice cave

"Handy being right next to the railway station, however, the restaurant was unaccomodating, wouldnt serve dinner OR breakfast due to a football group being there, not even a coffee was supplied for breakfast, had to go in search of food, the city centre is a mile away or 30mins walk."

"Absolute A , 10/10! I wish I would have got the staffs names because they were excellent, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable people. The younger girl who works during the day is an angel and helped me with directions and information. Breakfast was amazing with meat and vegetarian options. Delicious breakfast, also nespresso machine in the room, coffee and lemonade available in the common area. Would stay here again if I come back to Plovdiv! "

Arrived to a building site, hotel was in a building zone and it was horrendous. If we wanted breakfast it would be impossible as there was no restaurant just a hole with concrete posts and no roof. The staff were helpful from the start, with restaurant recommendations and other very useful info (e.g. the nearest ATM). And my room overlooking the park was quiet, comfortable, and clean"
