Highly recommended, worth your money

Great location that is near the metro, less than 100m away, Super convenient . Amenities are great and the room is clean and spacious . Even has a stove and pots and pans. Manager was friendly and accommodating too, in all highly recommend

Room was spacious. Amenities were great. Check in was smooth and checkout was seamless. Only issue is a lack of a small chair or something to sit on other than the bed. Loved our stay, would stay again.

다른 도쿄 호텔들보다 넓어서 좋았습니다(캐리어 펼칠수 있음) 에어비앤비 개념이라서 청소를 해주진 않지만 어차피 3박4일 정도 머물면서 특별한 경우가 아니면 청소가 필요없다고 생각해서 괜찮았구요 히가시 신주쿠역 바로 근처라서 스카이라이너를 이용하면 공항으로 이동하기 편합니다

Fair hotel

Pros: The room is good, location is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cons: room freezing in winter. Even with heater switched-on for hours, I struggled to get a shower. There was some maintenance work going on, probably in few weeks that won't be a problem.

전반적으로 만족합니다. 싸이렌 소리는 새벽시간에 간혹 한,두번 들리고 그외에는 듣지는 못했어요~ 방청소를 매일 해주시는줄 알았는데,,, 혼자 떠난 여행이라 크게 상관은 없었고요 마지막날 저녁 비행기여서 체크 아웃시간 연장을 물어봤는데 무료로 연장까지 해주셨어요~ 다음에 도쿄로 여행간다면 다시 예약하고 싶은 곳이에요~^^

Small gem

Fantastic location in Tokyo, this is a nice little place at a good price. Rooms are good for 2 people but too small for 3 as the futon bed takes up ALL the floor space. New heaters are good and come equipped with tea/coffee facilities , a single ring job, sink, fridge, etc. Spotlessly clean linens and a very comfortable bed. Bathroom is also tiny and while hot water is quickly available, the older system means it can be either scalding or freezing in the shower, hard to regulate. Customer service is great-I left glasses behind and they will post them to me.

near public transport and shops. room big enough for 2 adults but 3 is quite a squeeze. wifi is excellent. if u just need a place to sleep during peak periods where hotels are scare, this is good enough.

G Stays good and bad

The location was good, however, need to take a cab to Shinjuku express bus terminal to Airport, though one train station away but with luggage, can't carry it on staircases of train station. Toilet was extremely small. Reception too wasbsmall. See pictures attached. No daily housekeeping, only once during our week stay. Confusing rule, one staff told us daily twice change of tower and another said 4 days change of towel once.

内鍵がついておらず、場所も歌舞伎町の奥で人も少ないのでとにかく怖かったです。設備は、アパートの一室同然のような感じで、あまり清潔感はありません。テーブルも無いため、飲食等をどこでするのか不明でした。何事もなくチェックアウトはできたので考え過ぎなのかもしれません。ただ、歌舞伎町という土地柄上、何があってもおかしくないと思います。

It is very near at the tokyo metro subway station which is good. The bathroom is quite small which is a little hard to move but it is bearable. The staff were so nice and approachable

Great stay near Shinjuku center!

5 minute walk to center of Shinjuku and around the corner is a train station which is convenient. Tons of food options down the block - 7eleven was our favorite (better than America). Room was perfect for us. We had a coffee/tea in the room and bed was so comfortable. Wifi was great. Even though it's not in the center of Shinjuku it was a perfect location for us to move around and be near the center of Shinjuku. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, very accessible to key amenities

Had a pleasant experience at G-stays Shinjuku for my 6-day trip in Tokyo. The staff were brilliant - always friendly, kind and a pleasure to interact with. The apartment was reasonably-sized for a unit in downtown Tokyo, and could fit my family of three adults. Cleaning service though, is only offered for stays longer than 4 days, so do note this if you're fussy about cleanliness (my family was fine and we went without any cleaning service for the whole stay). The local area was quiet but very accessible to key amenities (e.g. subway station, McDonald's and konbini stores were all within a 4-minute walk). Would definitely stay here again!

No frills place to crash, near all of Shinjuku

Closer to a hostel than a hotel. Bathroom was smallest I've ever seen, very short shower facilities. It appears they service the rooms only once every four days, and you need to separate your own trash. Room was a bit on the small side, but perhaps average for Tokyo. Construction was ongoing next door which was quite loud, but that's not any doing of the property so that was not reflected in my rating. Service was great and had no problems whatsoever.

Nice budget hotel near Shinjuku

The room is small but was amazed with the amenities they provide in the room - microwave, washing basin, coffee maker, ironing board and iron with nice shampoo and conditioner too. Toilet is very small but acceptable as there is a shower curtain so able to keep the area dry. Location is fantastic as it is very near to a station and is within walking distance to Shinjuku area. Good stay if you are out and about most of the time. The only con - it can be noisy in the night with people walking past and making noise....
