It was a flawless experience spending my holidays in W Xian! I have stayed in W in many different cities and W Xian is probably the best. All the staff were extremely helpful and organised everything for me without being asked. Phoebe Gao, the loyalty coach, lavished me with constant surprises and made my anniversary an unforgettable one!

They had a new character bag in the room. I thought it is a gift or for sale but it was just for the display. It was a bit disappointing.
ZERO. Flights, Hotels, and access to China, all cancelled by government due to coronavirus - this is the only hotel to not cancel. To boot, the W Xian fraudulently “checked in” my reservation as if I’d stayed there. Phones are not answered, messages not returned, emails not replied to and even attempts at contact by Expedia unsuccessful. Even as a platinum elite - no replies at all from hotel. This is an unethical operation undeserving of the W name.
