The property management was very courteous when i had had some issues with the lights and the door locks. Sadly the apartment had a large amount of cockroaches that my family and i found disturbing. Also they were supposed to have a service come in daily to do light cleaning, they came in once and then not again for the 6 days i was at the property

Prior to our arrival we were made aware via email that we would not be staying at the property we had selected, we were slightly put off by this but had bigger things to deal with (long layover due to missed flight caused by delayed flight) so we were not ovetly concerned. Upon check in we were not given the apartment number which lead to a rather unfortunate situation of me attempting to unlock the door of someone else's home, sadly I couldn't even apologize due to the language barrier. When we finally found our apartment I had to search the apartment to find another pillow and bedding as it was only set to sleep four, I found this mildly annoying as they were aware we were a party of five (it was after midnight and after 30 hours of traveling with three little kids everything annoyed me).
The apartment itself was fine, moderately dusty in some places but nothing I was upset with, we were even given fresh towels once during our stay. I was pleased with the location and neighborhood.
On our second or third day we contacted Crucial Hospitality to ask for the wifi password as the sticker on the router was torn and only partially showed the password, we contacted them every day after this and were never given the password. Wifi was an absolute must for us and we felt it is inexcusable they couldn't figure out the password. I highly doubt we will book through them (Expedia or with Crucial Hospitality) again.

Nos quedamos el puente y la verdad es que no lo recomendaría por la limpieza, detrás del sofá había unas calzonas y una manta, el cuarto de baño lleno de pelos, la ducha no tiene un cristal y cuando te duchas se sale toda el agua, no hay fregona ni nada, las mantas sucias y manchadas, pequeñas cucarachas en el fregadero, el balcón creo que no se ha limpia nunca......en fin,la limpieza deja mucho que desear. No apto para escrupulosos ni para no escrupulosos

O apartamento esta em boas condições e perto de uma estação de metro. As boas noticias acabam por ai. O serviço do anfitrião é péssimo e a limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Fiquei com minha esposa e 3 filhos durantes horas debaixo de um sol forte esperando alguém chegar para o check in. A TV a cabo não funcionou. Não existe churrasqueira e nem leitor de DVD conforme anunciado. O banheiro está quebrado. Não vale a pena estragar as férias neste local.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivé à l'aéroport nous avons rencontré des difficultés pour joindre les propriétaires de l'appartement (répondeur).
La réservation était prévue pour 15h lorsque nous avons fini par les joindre ils nous ont dit de venir pour 15h30 16h... Nous sommes arrivés à 16h et avons du attendre jusqu'à 16h30...
Il nous a été demandé 20€/nuit de frais de ménage soit 60€ pour 3 nuits ce qui me semble tout à fait excéssif et injustifié au vu de l'état de propreté du lieu à notre arrivée... Amas de poussière sous le canapé au moment de faire le lit... Chaussures sale dans le tiroir de la table de chevet...
Au moment de dormir nous nous sommes aperçu que nous n'avions qu'une seule couverture pour 2 lits... Il manque également quelques accessoires pour la cuisine.
La télé ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons également eu droit à une panne de courant...
Celà est trés dommage car l'appartement est vraiment beau et très bien situé proche d'une station de Métro et proche du centre.

Bad experience overall.
Shower was broken. Check in was not automated so had to wait at the street for some time. It seemed they are not ready at this time.

Indignación
Buenos días, han pasado varios días desde nuestra estancia en este apartamento pero la indignación continua. El apartamento esta en un bajo con mucha humedad, los rincones del salón y dormitorio esta negros. A los dos minutos de llegar tuve que matar una cucaracha, que se llevo el personal de la empresa que nos estaba recibiendo, luego matamos otras dos. Y lo más paradójico de todo es que cobran, en efectivo, 20 euros por cada día, en LIMPIEZA. Mi impresión es que es totalmente desaconsejable.

Terrible Customer Service
The current rating of the apartment is overrated based on our experience:
I have communicated by email, phone and through hotels.com site the me and my family will be arriving past 10 pm therefore we would need the access to the apartment. I was instructed to pick up the keys/access at Vitruvius Hotel. We arrived at 1:30 am after a long trip due to a flight delay and no keys which made me furious on top of this the personnel at reception had no clue about the instruction. The good part of it is we were given accommodations by the hotel which is owned by the same company and they paid for the taxis to transport us to the apartment only after I insisted that they pay for it. Unfortunately another family from Australia with 2 young children during our 5 night stay arrived at the apartment for the lower level unit and ran into the same access issues where the father also blew his top. On top of this we had no wi-fi access for the 5 nights while we were there even after I had called to complain. It was never addressed ( it is advertised as free wi-fi) and the shower floods due to issues with the enclosure.
The apartment itself is nice and clean, its in a good neighborhood and close to petralona train station. However, unless they address the issues mentioned above and get themselves better organized to make it convenient for their customers they should only be rated as 6.0. Once they do they can easily get over 8.

Terrible Property.Management!
The apartment was nice other than the bathroom mold around the shower which does not have a good seal around the bottom which causes water runoff onto the outer floors. You will need to bring or purchase basic things like paper towels, soap and even toilet paper You cant drop off your luggage until check in so plan accordingly. I would not recommend this property solely because of the management. I called 3 times to make sure someone would meet at the 2pm check in which I was told yes, you will be met at 2pm. After 45 minutes roasting in the Athens sun, the cleaning person showed up. They had no knowledge of our check in time. So, not only were we not met at 2pm, our apartment was not cleaned. I was charged 20 Euros per day for cleaning which gives you the impression that you get daily cleaning....not the case! No one showed up again and there no trash bags nor did we know how to dispose of the trash we had and the trash which was left behind in the kitchen from previous renters. They will make no effort for early check in or to let you drop off your bags even though the apartment was empty at 11am. I know because that is what time we were dropped off and knocked on the windows and doors. If you are from the U.S. I would recommend bringing a fire stick or some other streaming device. Crucial Hospitality is an awful Property Managemnent Company. If the cleaning person did not arrive I cant imagine what time we would have had access to the apartment.

Good location close to Metro Very clean. Check in late There were no towels and no bed linen for second bed . Check in agent stated those would be delivered but after 48 hours and several texts and voicemails and phonecalls including calling Expedia in the US we finally had the towels and linen delivered. The check in agent demanded 180 Euros up front which was stated to be a daily cleaning fee but NO cleaning was provided during our 9 day stay The shower leaked and we had to buy bath mats to help soak up the water. The coffee maker did not work There was a leak under the kitchen sink. The bathroom door did not close and 4 light bulbs were burnt out in the living room kitchen area We met the travellers in the lower apartment who had the same problems except that they did have some towels.

A mixed bag
The welcome to the apartment was nice and had many positives in terms of access to towels, kitchen utensils. However the apartment was very damp and water would pool overnight on the floor. It had been raining during our visit to Athens but it was still excessive and left most of our clothing damp. The local area had some lovely small scale restaurants that were great value and authentic food. I would recommend only 4 people max stay due to there being one bathroom, which had a great shower but just not practical for our group of 5.

La pire accueil de l’histoire. A l’arrivée on doit atteindre un bon 2h devant la porte alors qu’au téléphone on nous dit qu’il sera là dans 10min à répétition. Ensemble, les gens sont bête comme pas possible. Je me recommende vraiment pas .
