When I checked in, I was told by the hotel that they did not have my reservation. I showed them Hotels.Com booking confirmation but they insisted that they did not received any emails from Hotels.Com on my booking. I was lucky they was still room available and I managed to get the same room rate offered by Hotels.com. Not sure whether it was Hotels.com fault or the hotel itself.
The TV was not setup. there was no signal cable connected to the TV. We called the hotel management to fix it, it took them over an hour to setup the tv properly.
Wifi was available but hardly got internet connection.
Overall, the experience was poor. Will find other place to stay if I am in Brunei again.
