Very friendly staff in a very comfortable hotel. Great location just a couple of minutes from the castle & gardens and plenty of buses run from the bus stop nearby. Overall provided good value for money. The double room we booked was rather compact so worth noting if you are travelling with lots of luggage. We didn't have any meals at the hotel so cannot comment on the restaurant.

This hotel is located in a great area, closer to some of the attractions in Kanazawa, walking distance from them. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are amazing, very helpful and courteous. The only issue we had was that we could not control the heat and could not open the window, it got very hot inside the room.

Beautiful property, great location. The only issue was one of their washer/dryer machine wasn’t drying. Ran the dryer for 2hrs and clothes were still wet. Told front desk and they said that’s how it is… the other machine worked fine.

I usually stay at this Hotel brand in Japan as it is reasonable in cost. In this particular hotel the bathrooms are step up. And the step up is very high. This could be a problem if older and to avoid tripping. I also notice stains on the carpet that should be cleaned.
