I have stayed here a handful of times the last 2 or 3 years and each time it is clean, friendly staff and very close to tons of shopping, restaurants and amenities.
The last 3 or so times ive stayed (several months apart) ive had the same long haired gentleman check me in and the same very kind middle aged attendant at breakfast. The fact that this place has consistent staff that are always exceptionally kind and courteous really takes the cake for me and brings me back.

Not so great: 4 AM Thursday LOUD dumpster service right outside my bedroom window.
No advance notice of mandatory $10/night incidentals deposit, at check in.
No decaf coffee available in lobby in evenings.

Travelocity needs to ask for both names to be included in the room. The room was under my name (husband), and when my wife went to check in, she was told she could not check in because her name was not on the room. This is unacceptable. She had all kinds of proof with both names on it. Thus, she couldn't get into the room until hours later when I was present. Frustrating.

When I arrived I was told they sold out of the room I had paid for weeks prior when making the reservation. They gave me a King Bed room for 3 adult guests. I was supposed to have a King Suite. I used Expedia so the front desk person told me they could NOT help me since I used a third-party to book the room. She offered me extra blankets for my guest to sleep on the floor! I HAD to check in since my daughter had a dance competition and was scheduled to dance in a couple of hours and had to get ready. Since I checked in, Expedia would not help,and stated it was the hotel's issue now. The hotel stated it was Expedia's issue. The manager was "off duty" and the front desk person was unable to do anything to remedy the situation. I have always had great experiences with Hilton properties until this weekend! I have also always used and had great experiences with Expedia until this weekend! No one wanted to take responsibility for the fact that I PAID for a room I was not given and both parties were just satisfied that I had a room...a room that entailed one of my guests having to sleep on the floor! Horrible customer service with both Hampton Inn and Expedia!
