There is not a single staff wearing a hotel uniform like the photo on the official website. I booked 2 nights with half board, but when I checked in I was told that my reservation was not half board. As a result of instructing them to confirm, they finally realized that it was with half board. I was asked what time I wanted dinner, so I asked for it at 18:00, but the restaurant didn't know. It was not communicated during my stay. Room was not cleaned during my stay. There was no exchange of towels. The room was nice with a domed ceiling, but one of the lights was out. There was only one hanger. The toilet is a type that doesn't flush paper, it doesn't matter, but the manual shower built into the toilet bowl for cleaning the butt didn't come out even if the valve was fully opened. Shower booth drainage was remarkably bad, and shower became puddle in no time. Unlike the photo on the official website, the water in the pool is dark green and you cannot see the bottom of the pool. I went to the restaurant counter and bought a bottle of mineral water and a bottle of cola and brought them back to my room to drink. When I checked out, I was told that the tip was not included at the reception. They charge a tip just to take a bottle of mineral water and a coke out of the fridge and put it on the counter on the side. When I refused, the receptionist asked me if I had a tip. I think this place is more like a guest house than a hotel.
