Ridiculous. I did not stay at this hotel becuase it was fully booked eventhough I had paid for it. And now that I requested for a refund, the hotel/expedia is not entertaining my request promptly. Called expedia a few times, and till date no service recovery. Do I need to keep making calls just so someone can look into the matter?!!

not ok at all only water very speed and toilet very very clean ...rooms smells and room must be paint very dirty floor huh
