If you are staying 1 or 2 nights, this might be an OK place. However, if you are staying longer, it becomes a little of a nightmare because, the rooms are tiny, it is hard to get into the tiny bathroom. We also have a lot of misunderstandings with the reception because of their minimum English and our non existent Japanese. The breakfast not included but offered is not worth it at all.

If you’re having a tour which usually meet up at 7am better not to grt breakfast package as their breakfast starts at 7:00. Would have been better if 6am. No adjustable a/c in room. Heating and cooling is centrally controlled for the entire building. Temperature is set too hot. The window can open a little but have to use shades to prevent flies from entering the room.

It was pretty nice staying at APA, it’s pretty close to everything. Tokyo station was 15 mins away and other stations were just 5-6 mins away. When I checked into the room I found 2 pieces of hair on my bed and pillow, which for me wasn’t a big deal I just took it off. Staff was kinda friendly but hard to communicate with. Convenient store was right across from the hotel or there’s 7-Eleven down the street. Hotel was super quiet which I loved, favorite was their switches were all by the bed so I don’t need to get up lol. There wifi is pretty good, I would say their dryer there takes quite awhile to get your clothes dry, so expect putting it in for an hour or an hour and a half. The room I feel like it’s decent for one person, haven’t seen the double beds for two, obviously we’re in Asia nothing is going to be big.
