The best service I've ever experienced in a hotel. Staff were incredible, friendly and spoke very good English. The breakfast was exceptional, well worth the price, and the onsen was clean and had a good view. Rooms were tidy and in good condition. There's also a coin operated washing machine and dryer on site which came in useful. Would highly recommend, and would gladly return in the future.

Wish we stayed for longer as this Ryokan was amazing. Although we only stayed for one night, the staff were incredibly welcoming despite us being gaijin and the room came prepared with traditional tea and sweets. The ryokan is opposite a large temple which was amazing to have in the doorstep. We will definitely return (hopefully for longer)

Everything was amazing here! We checked in late after a long day of travel and were immediately greeted with such kindness. Everything was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful.
