Because they have a private dock and boats on the ocean side of the resort, they offers many marine activities that you can join directly from your room. Room is kept clean and tidy. I love this resort. I recommended to my friend and she’s already stayed and she also loved there.

Great location but the AC is very noisy

The Ramon´s Village is a nice hotel very close to the city center/airport/restaurantes and it has a very good infrastructure for divers. If your main goal is to dive in Belize, I recomend the hotel. If it is not, maybe i would try another one. The Pineapple restaurant has great food but the service was not so friendly as we expected. The swimming pool is ok, but is very difficult to find a place under the sun because of the trees. But our main problem was the air conditioner. It is installed over our heads and it is veeeery noisy even with the ear protectors provided by the hotel (impossible to sleep with it is on). Of season group tours are difficult to book with the hotel because it is hard to reach the minimum number of people. Also, the dive center is not so welcoming.

Ramon's Village, Highly Recommend!

My husband and I stayed at Ramon's Village for 4 nights. We stayed in a seaside king room, upper floor. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were fabulous. Definitely go on the snorkeling tour to Hol Chan an Shark Ray Alley with the Ramon crew. An amazing experience with very knowledgeable staff. We will definitely go back!

Incredible Vacation!

This was an unforgettable stay! The accommodations created an incredible vibe. Loved that all you had to do is walk to the pier and get on the boat for your adventure! The snorkels we went on were unforgettable! The entire experience in San Pedro was amazing💗

We just enjoyed 8 wonderful nights at this property. The best parts of the stay were the communication with the hotel - they picked us up at the ferry in miserable weather and got us somewhere dry asap! The ambience of the hotel is great - beautiful landscaping, nice pool, etc. we did the full day fishing trip with Felix and Chris which was truly one of our highlights. We did the inland tour to cave tubing and Al Tun Ha which was also great and the half day snorkeling to the Mexican Rocks all through Ramon’s. We only ate one meal here - dinner, so can’t speak so much to the food. We only opted to eat here that one night because it was the day we went fishing and we took advantage of the “hook and cook” option. The fish we caught was delicious, but the other two entrees were mediocre. We felt overlooked by our waiter(s)…running out of water and drinks. Which brings me to the last thing which I wish I had known before we went - only beer and wine is served at Ramon’s. You can not order a mixed drink, so if you think you’ll be sitting on the beach with a pina colada from their bar, you won’t be. I found this utterly bizarre. Family friendly perhaps? I have no idea? Having said that, we enjoyed their fruit smoothies just about every afternoon.

Amazing place to stay in San Pedro! We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Beautiful property and very well maintained. Several snorkeling and fishing trips you can book right from the dock. They will cook anything you catch and prepare it for you for a reasonable price! Location is a quarter mile from the airport and Ramon’s does a great job of maintaining natural vegetation rather than a flashy building relative to other options. Room amenities met all expectations and restaurant/wait staff were very friendly.

When you arrive in San Pedro you are a little surprised by the golf carts and the busyness. Then you drive into Ramon’s- It’s a Jewel in the Jungle. You have stepped into a different world. The service is second to none. The restaurant is excellent. Everything is made fresh. The dock and Gazebo at the end are a snorkel’s dream. There Tarpons - more at night, spotted sting rays,and a multitude of other fish under the gazebo. You can either swim front shore or use the ladder on swim deck just beside Gazebo. I could go on and on ,so I have nothing negative in any way to say about this place. It was very special.

Loved the jungle feel of Ramon's and the super helpful and friendly staff. We had a family room with two twins and a queen, and it was perfect for our family of four. Everything is in walking distance, from restaurants to a market, to the airstrip. We did a night snorkel with Ramon's, and wished we would've planned out more. The guides were great and made sure we were comfortable and safe. Evenings on the pier were so much fun, just watching fish and stingrays swim around. Would highly recommend this property.
