Terrible customer service
HORRIBLE experience! The wrong night was booked by either Hotels.com or the hotel, the night reserved was prior to when we even arrived in Mexico. They refused to work with us, or give a refund. The only thing the offered us was paying full price for a new room that was 3x as much as the room we had booked. My partner and I were traveling for my birthday and our anniversary, so this was a huge disappointment and completely threw a wrench in our plans. Very disappointing and will certainly never be booking here again.

We stayed in one of the Tree houses and it was AMAZING. The best views ever. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The accommodations here is the best I've seen to date and I recently stayed at a 5 Diamond Hotel... Couples will love this place.

recommended This place has very nice rooms but the worst service and attention in Mexico. Fourth-class food. I asked for breakfast at 7:45 am and they brought it to me at 9:45. The money exchange at the reception is more expensive than anywhere else. They want to charge $3.50 for each dollar. Incredible. When I left, they didn't even ask me how I had spent it. I don't recommend this place to anyone. It's not even close to 3 stars. Sent from my iPhone

Stayed in the junio suite with a walkout into the garden area. This area was clean and had a great view. Very close to pool and bar. Bed was amazing and covers were great. Only has 12 rooms total so it’s very private and unique. This makes service amazing also. It is a perfect place for a couple. It was our 41/42 bdays this week and we had a blast.
