We always stay there when we go and visit family…. It’s a classy place and we love breakfast there… the concierge is been there for 38 years and he always welcome us with a big smile

The check in was horrible. No one was there. We waited about 30 minutes and others that were there before us left. It was about 11pm and we were very tired, to not know if we were even going to get our prepaid room was really bad and being in a foreign country added to the frustration

Staff in general was great! We got very early check in, after a long trip it was a blessing. Very clean and facilities looks well preserved. They provided us with free breakfast for these holiday season, and the buffet meals and waitresses attention was excellent.
