This is an old hotel and mostly outdated. Rooms are tiny and just built to crash in. Location was the main reason we picked this place, which was pretty good.

A bit cramped for two people
Perhaps because we had to change rooms due to stairs not being an option, we could not get comfortable. If traveling solo the room would have been fine. Nice staff. Good service. Convenient for two people

A typical Paris inner city hotel. No aircon, no fridge, no bottled water, no kettle. but the location was very convenient with many great restaurants and shopping nearby.

A clean, friendly but uninspiring budget hotel
This is really a budget hotel. It’s small, clean and has friendly staff. Perfectly adequate but really just a bed for the night. No restaurant or bar and the 13 euro breakfast rather lacklustre in a city where fine ingredients are all around

A typical old three star Parisian hotel; scruffy interior, small bedrooms sold in gold just because is located in Paris.

Perfect location, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Only improvement would be to have a proper duvet cover however the stay was delightful. Thank you for having us

Fleas in a bed
The hotel is in good location, but looks too old. There is no air conditioning in rooms. The worst, after staying for 5 nights in the hotel we found on one of us a lot of allergy reaction on flea bits :( (confirmed by doctor)

Nice but old
The hotel was very small but that's any hotel in Paris so not a big deal. Rooms were dated but the bathroom was recently updated so that was nice. Hotel was a bit odd, wouldn't let you take the key with you. They said it was so you didn't have to carry it around all day but every time we left I was forced to give it up, just kind of strange. Most of the staff was friendly and all spoke English. One of the front desk men was rather rude most of the time but oh well. House keeping was fantastic.

Staff was very unhelpful and spoke very condenceding when asked a question or for help. I would never recommend a place as such. The pictures published are only of the patio and it’s a way to loore customers. The rooms look like a motel scene.

Comfortable Stay in *** Hotel
Stay was very nice. Hotel was definitely 3 star. Located a bit farther than I thought from the Champs Ellysees. Lobby needs updating, as does hallways and furniture in room. Bathroom tile work recently redone. New windows. Bring your own toiletries. Gave us body wash and lotion but no shampoo or conditioner during the two days we stayed there. Staff is very nice but don't expect a concierge-type service.

Avoid avoid avoid!
We booked a twin room, but due to mistake made by the hotel was given a very very small double. Receptionist was completely unhelpful and wouldn’t change the room. She said I’d have to wait until the following day to talk to her manager- yet when I called the next morning he wasn’t even there! Hotel itself has lots of framed dead bugs and is very very small with no air conditioning. Did not stay here as room was not acceptable, stayed at Hotel Exe Paris which was lovely and I would highly recommend.

Noisy hotel
It’s hot summer time and requires to open the window, however it’s very noisy if you do so
Also hotel charges the same rate even if they put you on top floor small room where ventilation is bad
