There was a bit of a queue at check-in. There was only one person at the front desk, but the male staff handled it quickly. He was professional. There was no shampoo in the shower, so I asked the front desk and they gave me some. But there was no hair dryer.
I asked about the shuttle service for the airport (van size and availability) since I had so much stuffs to carry but the person at the front desk wasn't very kind. He was just telling I DON'T KNOW. At least he could find out or assist me to other desk to ask. Reaching to the airport on time is very important issue. Whatever that was, they should learn how to be nice to others first.
