I spend 2 out of my 7 nights there. The reception is almost always overcrowded and I waited for 40 minutes to be able to check in. This was due to people also cutting the line with huge tasks that should have waited as well. So after I was standing there with heavy luggage all that time, the lady finally turned her attention towards me, after everyone else has been dealt with already (I was not the last one in line). So turns out if you show up a few days late they cancel your booking, even though you paid for it. This was stated nowhere and if I would have known I wouldn't have waited for checkin. So they assigned me a new bed and told me nothing else. Needless to say, I really felt the warm welcome.
So once I arrived in my room I made my bed and everything was great. So I headed to Vienna for 1 day. Coming back my card didn't work anymore and my bed was reassigned. The security was nice enough to guide me to get a new one.
All in all, meh. The people I met in my room were wonderful and incredibly kind, but the service, just awful. Shoutout to the security though, you guys are doing a great job
