I didn't understand the reason for paying to check in, I didn't get a refund, the room I stayed in didn't have a mini-fridge as it was in the photo and there was no bar in the hotel or reception in case I need anything

Don't stay here!
Very expensive in relation to the standard, which was very poor. Plastic carpet in the bathroom, which was old and ugly. One of the bedside lamps could not be used since there was no outlet by the bed, a sportlight in the bathroom was hanging from the roof in the electric cable, the temperature of the water in the shower could not be controlled, and the sound went straight through the walls. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at.

The location of the hotel was perfect. However, nobody was at the reception and the check in/ check out have to be done by yoursef. It is necessary to download an app to do it before arrival. In our case, this was a weak point because we were considering leaving our luggage at the reception the last day but it was not possible. I tried to contact someone through the chat of the app but nobody answered. The bathroom was too small. And the last day we found our room open and with the lights turned on. It seems the cleaning service did not close properly the door. All our goods were inside but this situation should not occur.

There was a power outage lasting 14 hours from around midnight. Not even emergency exit signs were lit. Emergency exit staircase used as storage for linen lamps etc.

OK hotel til prisen
Ok hotel til prisen. Havde ikke modtaget mail eller sms med check ind adgang, men kunne ringe på dørtelefonen og få det ordnet. Værelse fint, der er dog to sengelamper som ikke kan tilsluttes el stik da disse ikke findes i nærheden. Fælles badeværelse OK, men der lugtede kraftigt af hash fra værelse skråt overfor badeværelset.

Vi havde booket en suite og et dobbeltværelse. På dobbeltværelset var der ingen strøm og i suiten var badekarret utæt med blottede ledninger bag ved. Under opholdet var der utrolig meget larm fra andre gæster osv. Vi havde regnet med alt var iorden men vi blev skuffet. Lidt synd når værelserne faktisk er ret fine

Først kræver det man downloader en app og betaler 500 kr ekstra som man først får 5 dage senere man kan høre alt hvad der sker ude på gangen fordi døren ikke lukker ordentligt og stikkontakten hænger ud af væggen og man får et halvt malet værelse og når man skal i bad så er resten stoppet så alt vandet ligger i stuen virkelig det mest trælse værelse jeg nogensinde kan forestille mig
