I have been a guest at this hotel several times. Most recently returning from a 7-night reservation.
Restaurant for Bfast: It was enjoyable - clean and many options. The collective staff could be more focused - it seems they are running around (we asked several for a coffee for example on day and the responses were delayed)
Laundry: was okay.. though frustrating that we requested items to be pressed (ie: Men's dress shirt) to be returned folded)
Parking : kind, quick and professional
Receptionist: great
Fitness center: many options - lacks sanitizing options
House Keeping: No issues at all - great staff -
Challenges: The room access cards very rarely worked - resulting in us making many trips to the front desk for correction. To avoid an exhaustive reply here, the multiple Duty Managers lack the true authority to resolve any issues that arise. I requested a reasonable $50.00 USD concession due to this, after much discussion, a $10 credit was given. It appears to me, that the Senior level Managers or even day-to day Duty Managers do not value a customer experience. The hotel was abundantly busy with multiple conferences (4 at one time), so I think they thrive on volume vs. an individual experience.
Secondly, the room refrigerator did not work, it was replaced but with another defective one.
All in all, we were discouraged with the Mng lack of Cust Service. I witnessed other guests having the same or similar issues
