Communication with the staff was terrible. They don’t listen to guest requests or try to help, even when you ask well in advance and are willing to pay extra. They keep you waiting until the last moment just to say it’s not possible.
The house was only average: the toilet and shower have no locks, the Wi-Fi barely works, and the shower is half broken, you have to hold the showerhead yourself, and it splashes water everywhere. The whole house creaks, the sofas are very uncomfortable, and there is no real heating, only a small decorative fireplace under the TV.
Even the manager admitted the service was unacceptable. Definitely never again, I strongly recommend booking a hotel instead.
