The owner was so kind and took me to the room in the darkness. The toilet wasn’t cleaned… There was a quiet place and there were a few restaurants around there. If you arrive there late at night, it is tough to find the restaurant where is open late at night.

Don’t count on the photos

Check in was via a kiosk in a small alcove with a tv like screen, the gentleman checked me in, had me scan my info. Afterwards I ran into the owner, very nice man, told me they outsource the process through India! It was different. The property was described as newer owners working on refurbishing the property. The property looks run down and in much need of TLC. The room was sorta kinda remodeled, pretty clean and comfortable. It had 2 queens, one tiny table and one chair that was falling apart. The bath tub was old and chipped, glad I wasn’t jonesing for a shower. It was pretty quiet, we slept well. Doubt if I’d return.

Let folks know the rooms in the annex are very small. Little space around bed and no place for CPAP or luggage. Juan, our server at the restaurant, was personable and the food was awesome. Enough for us to share and still be full!

Rent och bra storlek på rummet. De städar inte rummet under din vistelse även om den är flera nätter. Hotellet har även inte någon väskförvaring vilket vi upplevde var väldigt dåligt. Konstigt att behöva checka in via en skärm där personen pratar riktig dålig engelska och sedan hämta nyckeln i en bemannad reception… finns inte mycket runt hotellet så tips är att åka till Williams både för middag och mathandling.

Towels & checkout issues

I booked the room for a possible of 5 people, yet there were only two big towels in the restroom. Because we checked in late, we had to use a kiosk to get our key, so we could not get more towels until the following day. Then, prior to reserving a room, I called the hotel to verify check out was at 11 am. After I reserved the room, I received an email also stating checkout was at 11 am. However, the day of the checkout, housekeeping knocked at the door, claiming check out was at 10 am and made my nieces and daughter leave. Unfortunately, I had already left, otherwise I would have shown the housekeeping the email that provided the checkout time. If checkout is at 10 am, then the hotel needs to update its information with hotels.com.

Overpriced for poor quality

Checkin was unpleasant due to very impersonal machine in doorway entrance which was poorly lit and signed. When sharing this with girl at front desk she shrugged it off. Room was disappointing. No place to hang anything. Entrance door had huge gap on bottom. TV picture quality was terrible and only 3 or 4 channels. Walkways leading to rooms were dirty and had a curious white powder strewn about. Grounds unkempt. On the positive side, the restaurant food and service was excellent.

Great location for Grand Canyon explorers

A great location, with basic amenities. Decent food at the bar in the evening and good local beers. Marked down due to noise from upstairs, not due to guests but just thin floors. Recommend to ask for a top floor room!

Very difficult check in process!

Part of the reason we chose this location is it has an onsite restaurant and bar. We were traveling with 4 adults and 3 children. We arrived at the motel around 7:00 pm and were greeted by the kiosk in the vestibule. We had two rooms to check into. It was incredibly difficult to understand the person on the screen, it was very time consuming, and by the time we were finished, there were about 10 people crammed in the vestibule to check in. We were given no information about where our rooms were located or how to get to them. I went to the actual check in counter and nobody was there. I went to the hostess stand for the restaurant, and one of the hostesses actually helped me out. There is no way we would have found our room without her help. There were other people in the parking lot having difficulty finding their rooms. You can tell the place hasn't been updated in a while. And the restaurant that has such great breakfast reviews had seasonal hours (which wasn't mentioned at all when booking) so it didn't open until 5:00 pm. There were no other restaurant options near us except a food truck nearby. I do not recommend this location.

Ok for the price

It’s 1/3 the price of hotels closer to GC…but it is dated. Just needs a nice upgrade. No microwave even tho there’s a restaurant attached to the hotel. Guess it’s cold leftovers. Only one cup of coffee offered in the room. There is no front desk checkin done by kiosk so if you need anything…no you don’t. There’s a lovely food truck in the parking lot that opens at 7am for breakfast and coffee. Highly recommend that place.
