The hotel was clean the room was comfortable. With a family of 4, wish there were more electric outlets due to multiple computer used at one time but overall was sufficiently stocked amenities. The location is awesome!

10/10 Exceptional

This was our first time staying in a different area of Shinjuku. The property was located next to a metro which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions and with shipping our luggage to Toyama. The rooms were clean and quiet. I loved that we were next to a Tully's, McDonalds, Lawsons, and Don Quixote. There were a ton of restaurants in the area as well. It was a short walk to see Godzilla in Shinjuku and it gave us a chance to explore another side of Tokyo.

TAK YEE, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Conveniently located close to transport options. Rooms are clean and well serviced.
Jamie, 9-night trip

8/10 Very good

It was a bit cramped even for Japanese hotel standards. The staff was great and it was clean, but I couldn’t even shut the door to use the bathroom because my knees wouldn’t fit if I closed it. Solo travelers I think it’s perfect. With a partner it’s pretty rough.
Barrie, 6-night trip

8/10 Very good

Beautifull
Daniele, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good for short stays. Rooms on the smaller side but well kept and clean. Hotel is at a busy intersection close to public transit.
Leanna, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was tiny but functional. The window was letting some air in due to bad gasket.
