"One of the best places to stay in India. Having traveled to numerous hotels and resorts across the country, very few come close to the comfort, beauty, and attention to detail offered by this retreat. We stayed in the Chinaar Villa, and it was absolutely stunning. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The living room featured a massage chair, which was an amazing touch after a long day. The rooms were large and well-appointed, with thoughtful snack selections and an exceptionally comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the pillow menu, which allowed us to choose pillows according to our preference. The property itself is breathtaking, with natural streams flowing through the resort, adding to its charm and serenity. The food felt homemade, prepared with minimal spices, making it both delicious and comforting. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable with their warm hospitality. This is a place I would gladly return to, and I am already looking forward to visiting again during winter to experience its magical winter wonderland setting. P.S. It's a pet-friendly property, so don't forget to bring your furry babies along ❤️"

"This is an old property but we had enjoyed our stay. Nice hotel, good staff and good environment"

"Absolutely magnificent hotel! The staff are so helpful and super friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is divine! We ate many meals here because the food is so good! Central heating takes the chill off, in the room. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. The rainfall shower is hot the bathroom big and clean. From the balcony we had picturesque views of the nearby mountains and the snowy peaks further away. The travel desk helped us arrange a day in the snow which was incredible. The hotel is walking distance from Mall Rd shops, cafes and restaurants, the Buddhist temple and monastery, markets and other sights. We enjoyed every minute here and in fact extended our stay here!"

"Great place, even warmer staff that really make the place worth the stay. Great food and very cozy bar! We stayed in the mountain suite which was great value for money. Will stay here again next time we visit"

"Good stay"

"Nice and comfortable stay; breakfast was good work lots of options"

"I booked this hotel through Expedia because it had a 4-star rating, excellent reviews, and showed a location just 0.44 km from Mall Road. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Carpets in the room, reception, and hallways looked extremely dirty. The furniture fabric and cupboards were very dirty, baseboards were not clean, the floor had burn marks, and even the room phone had accumulated dust on it. The washroom had a strong drainage smell and the tiles were not properly cleaned. While the staff were friendly, the condition of the property is far from what anyone would expect from a 4-star hotel. The rating and reviews online do not reflect the actual condition of this place. "

"We visited Manali as part of our trip to India. I choose Tiaraa in Manali after a bit of research. Even though I did research, I was still a bit afraid of the place have choose to stay. I am glad I made the choice to stay at Tiaraa in Manali. As we entered the front staff made us feel welcome and directed us to our room. The room was clean, beautiful timber interior and most importantly the bathroom was clean and fitted with nice fixtures. The restaurant in hotel also served tasty, hygienic food and the staff in restaurant was really caring, polite and helpful to all the guests. I will definitely recommend anyone heading to Manali to stay at Tiaraa."

"Great views and activities, but food needs improvement We stayed at ITC Welcome, Manali for a day and the property is truly beautiful. The hotel offers stunning views of snow-capped mountains all around, making it a very scenic and peaceful place to stay. The property has a wide range of activities, which makes it a good choice for guests who prefer spending time within the resort itself. However, the location is quite secluded and far from main Manali, which may not be ideal for those looking to explore the town. While we had booked both dinner and breakfast buffets, the food was average and did not meet the expectations one usually associates with ITC properties. The options were limited and the taste was just okay, especially compared to other ITC hotels that we have been at. Overall it was a good experience"
