Terrible service. Pool was quite dirty two days in a row, no serving staff bothers to offer drinks or anything in the pool area despite claiming they do. The "continental breakfast" offered is extremely limited, with food being overcooked and bland. The menu available at dinnertime is also very limited and portions are small. I requested room service to bring a bucket of ice to our room and waited an hour and a half (even called twice to check) and had to come down to get it myself from the restaurant. The room also seems to have a bad mosquito problem at night, my entire family had multiple bites every morning. They run the hotel with the bare minimum attention to service quality they need just to keep things going, but wont bother to make guests feel welcome. Would definitely not recommend.

Reception staff rude. When I arrived I was the only guest at reception, there were 3 employees and none of them was kind enough to help me. I have to wait till someone decided to do my checkin. It was 13:00 and checkin time 15:00, the lady at reception said that she could let me go in but she will have to charge me money for the early checkin. Of course I did not accept, as I think is very rude to ask to pay for 2 hrs, she could have handled it in a more polite way. The hotel looks old, rooms are ok. The only nice thing is the quesadillas and order to make eggs for breakfast

Everything was fine except we had to move from one bigger room because the one we had was way too small we couldn’t walk in the room bye bumping into each other… and the hall of that floor the ac didn’t work so it was super hot walking thru the hall toward the elevator and we couldn’t go to the pool area because of the mosquito’s

My stay at La Quinta Hotel was a major letdown. The bar, restaurant, and common areas had no air conditioning, making the 40-degree heat unbearable. The pool was out of service, and despite asking to speak with the manager multiple times, I was repeatedly told she was too busy. The lack of care from the staff made for a frustrating and uncomfortable stay.

El personal de recepción tiene pésima coordinación, no localizaban una habitación de las 3 que reserve, después me asignaron una que ya estaba ocupada por otra persona, me asignaron otra habitación y esta estaba sin terminar (piso 4) se veía vacía ya que no tenía espejo, otra habitación no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Al final tampoco me querían facturar argumentando que solo facturaban las que se pagan directo con ellos y no las que se pagan por expedía.

La señora de recepción muy lenta y no quería darnos 2 llaves para el cuarto , sabiendo que se utiliza una para generar corriente en el mismo . Finalmente accedió a otorgarla . Y en el restaurante llevamos tamales para comer y queríamos consumir la bebida y nos dijeron que nos cobrarán 50 pesos por persona (éramos 10) más el consumo de las bebidas , nos fuimos molestos porque no se nos hace correcto el cobro .
