I liked the size of the room given we are in Korea. The beds are okay and neat. There isn’t any toiletries available and I would like to believe that for cofee we have to request every now and then? We stayed there for 3 nights and seems like there isn’t any cleaning available? The washroom was standard toilet. I think the hotel needs to change the regular toil to bidet in order to become at par with other hotels. I liked the rooftop overseeing the Namsam tower.
The staff is okay, however they need to improve customer services. Homes Red hotel was our last or 9th hotel during the duration of our 3 weeks vacation Japan-Korea. Previous hotels’ customers services are excellent and exceeds my expectations.I’m kind of disappointed with how the staff deals with their guests. Its just like question and answer; no care at all? Anyway, overaall I rate the hotel 2/5.

명동과 을지로 모두 가까운 위치에서 가격도 청결도도 모두 훌륭했습니다. 편안하게 잘 쉬었어요. 다만 호텔 책임은 아니지만 저녁시간대에 밖에서 시위 집회 스피커 소리가 크게 들리는 경우가 있었습니다. 9-10 시 사이에 조용해졌어요.
