Would recommend.
Great location only a few mins from subway and JR lines, a bit cramped if you have 2 large suitcases. Staff were friendly and polite. I would recommend staying here. The room had a quirky design with the bathroom next to the window but makes it memorable.

Amazing stay at Remm Hibiya
Staying at Remm was a great relief and comfort. It’s situated in an area that has both subway, konbini and restaurants. We appreciated the in-room massage chair that helped our feet after touring around the whole day. The staff was very accommodating and generous in helping us with our questions - specifically the luggage transfer to another hotel. We plan to stay at this hotel again in our upcoming stay as we’ve appreciated this facility so much

Great Hotel Value in Ginza!
We loved this hotel! Well-located in Ginza near major shopping and subway/train lines. Our room was compact, yet very clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced. On-site restaurant. Short walk to everything Ginza has to offer. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The only cons was not having an iron inside the room and every time we were only to borrow it from the reception desk for only 1 hour. Otherwise everything was great!

Walkable to a few different subways and JR station. Room has a message chair is a plus. After a long day walk, you can get some relax. Room is very small but clean. One interesting thing to mention is that the divider between the bedroom and the bathroom is see through glass and shower enclosure is also see through glass!

We picked this hotel because of its location near the Tokyo train station. Good location near quite a number of food options and Ginza.

Great hotel in central location, very clean and nice room. Only small complaint is that it is a huge hotel with alot of rooms and catching an elevator to the room at night and to the ground floor in the mornings took a while sometimes. But friendly staff and nice hotel.

The design (glass wall into the shower/bathroom) makes the room feel much larger than it is. Each room also has a massage chair. Hotel is near the imperial palace, a 12 minute walk from Tokyo station, and across the street from the Toho Cinema Palace.

If you are looking for a western style room with great amenities for a good price this is the one for you. The staff are amazing and don't heistate to help you. Super accessible and great if you want to be in the heart of the city. Only thing I would change is I stayed on the 4th floor and would ask for a higher floor if I stay again.

Budget friendly, luxurious feel
Excellent stay, nice location, wonderful experience end to end. We stayed for 4 nights and were very happy with the corner room with 2 ceiling to floor windows. Room is a good size ( I think we should not compare with the room size of hotels in other countries, because then what is the point of traveling if we are stuck in our own comfort zone) They had most amenities, except for a coin laundry. Water pressure is good. Deep bath tub which helps to keep water from running out (also useful for showering for little kids). You can choose from shower head, normal faucet or rain shower). Very easy access to 3 JR Lines and the surrounding areas are safe, amazing! Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and rooms are cleaned so neatly every day. Check in and check out process is simple and hassle free.

I really liked the location - a very quick walk to Yurakucho station, and Tokyo Station is also walkable. I could watch the Shinkansen go past from my room. There is a little bit of train noise, but I liked it. Otherwise it was a very quiet hotel. There is a theatre around the corner and Ginza is very close - it feels very smart. But there are also a couple of streets of little restaurants with a slightly grittier feel. I chose the hotel for my last nights before my flight, and it was easy to get to Haneda. The room was small, but consistent with other Tokyo hotel rooms I've stayed in. The massage chair is a nice touch for weary legs.

Great location and very nice hotel! Room was very small, but wasn’t too much of a problem for us - would maybe be a frustration if you had multiple suitcases. I highly recommend it!
