歩いて中心街まで行ける。少し歩くとスーパーが３つあり、何かと便利な立地。年超しで食事に困ると思い持って行ったカップ麺が帰国直前まで残って、処理に困ったが、フロントスタッフにお湯をもらえるかと尋ねたら、バーカウンターに常備してある高温のお湯を注いでくれた。昔の調度品家具など個性のあるホテルだが、スタッフ対応がよく気持ちよく過ごせた。

Old and shabby hotel

I was fooled by its price and good grades here. The room was not clean. We found hair on the floor. Everything was old and squeaky. The most annoying thing was the high noise from the elevator that you could hear it the whole night. I couldn't sleep without earplugs. The bed was not comfortable. The window blind was quite small. The walls were too thin. You could hear every noise in the floor. The breakfast was not to a satisfaction level. Only two types of bread, no cream for the pancakes, etc. The only positive thing to stay there was it was quite close to the city center. I didn't complain to the staff because I went to google maps and read the reviews there. There was no point in complaining. The hotel seems to had its good times in the past. It's in need for a total renovation.

AVOID! Not even close to my expectations

Pictures don't fit to what the hotel room actually look like. Horribly uncomfortable bed. No noise insulation as you hear everything. Barely slept. Not clean. Shower was just bad.

The hotel is located reasonable distance from Vienna’s centre, with good access to trams and train station for airport access. First impressions were positive, upon arrival we were greeted nicely by the staff and the reception area is nicely decorated. Unfortunately, this ended when we reached our room. We paid extra for the superior room. The bathroom did not look like the photos, as featured a very small shower. Although described as sound proofed room, it was clear on our first night it was not the case. As a door connecting to a neighbouring room, although locked, you could hear everything. In addition to this, we were in a room next to the elevators, which you could hear all hours of the day/ night. No extras have been spared, not even a kettle for a cup of tea. Overall, disappointed. We paid reasonable money and felt we have stayed in better accommodation for much less. Cannot comment on food/ drink facilities, but would recommend the Chilia cafe down the road!

Las habitaciones no se corresponden con la foto están más deterioradas. En nuestra habitación había mal olor, todo muy sucio y la habitación es muy ruidosa. La cama súper incomoda, muelles hundidos y un cojín casi roto.

Room was very poorly equipped. Only 2 hangars in the wardrobe, shower curtain was falling down, and the fact is still a curtain! Room was extremely dark, wires for the small number of lamps stretched across the room from the wall, and the same for the TV. Lignt above the mirror in the bathroom did not work, and when I asked for it to be fixed i was told it had not worked for anlong time and would not work. Bed was very old and the springs from the mattress could be felt, and were uneven in places. The walls are very thin, and noise from hallways and rooms could be heard easily. As could the lift mechanism, which ran very often. The towels were changed daily, and were clean, but very thin. Rooms do not come with iron and ironing board, which is fine; but when requested I was told I could have an iron, but the hotel does not have an ironing board!

Squalid, dirty and poorly organized hotel. For those who do not take advantage of the 18 euro breakfast there are vending machines where they dispense pseudo hot drinks without sugar that you have to ask an elderly man who first licks his fingers to better take the sugar and tastes without counting that to stir the drink you always have to ask them for a teaspoon that is promptly dirty and they put it on the balcony without passing it directly to your hand doing it on purpose. Dirty room with leftovers from someone else's previous reservation with beds half made where you have to prepare them yourself and a bathroom where you have to be careful with the sink that fills up immediately or the hairdryer that turns off every 30 seconds! The worst experience could not have been done without counting all the ignorant people in the area and the scams at the ATMs where if you withdraw 20 euros they actually keep 6.50 more in expenses for a total of € 26.50 (this is in the Prater area and my advice is to withdraw cash from your own country).

Das war das schlimmste Hotel, was ich je erlebt habe...nach 3 ! Zimmertausch war das Niveau immernoch unter "Jugendherberge" - überall Schimmel, Schmutz, schlechte Badlüftung - verbrauchte Sanitäreinrichtung...unterirdisches Frühstücksangebot - die ganze Woche gleiche billige Wurst und Käse - keine Salz&Pfefferstreuer...( kleine Glasbehälter, wo jeder mit den Fingern was rausnehmen musste ) - vollkommen unhygienisch !!! Billige lidl-brötchen ....kein Saft - stattdessen billige süße Limonade.... Man konnte in der Nacht kein Fenster öffnen wegen Straßenlärm... Schlechter Fernsehempfang....Tiefgarage pro Nacht 15€ - es tropfte überall aus den Rohren an der Decke.... Eine einzige Katastrophe..... Das einzig Gute hier - ein super Nahverkehr ab Hotel in die ganze Stadt Wien..... Hierher in das Hotel jedenfalls nie nie wieder....
