I booked the room for Sept 17-23. When we checked into the hotel I told them that I would checking out the 22nd instead of the 23rd. They advised me that they would change it on their side but I needed to contact Hotels.com. I went on a chat and they contacted the hotel and said there would be no credit given for the night of the 22nd, they said I booked a non cancelling room. I didn’t cancel it, I simply changed it. We stayed at this hotel in late August for 4 nights and then 5 nights on this stay for a total of 9 nights in the last month. I also used my account to book 6 other nights in early September. Would like to see my request for a refund for the night I didn’t stay taken into consideration.
