Because I was a Silver member, there was a letter from the front office manager.
The contents were 2 soft drinks or mineral water / day, 15% off meals at the restaurant, and a late check out at 14:00.
The room was old but clean and quiet.
Finally, it was very disappointing that at the time of checkout there was a charge for one bottle of mineral water and that it was called by the room number rather than the name.
